Random POV:
Ethan and Melody were just walking in the woods. He'd promised to take her on a picnic in the woods, which is what he was doing. Melody was thinking and subconsciously had a hand on her stomach. Ethan smiled slightly. He was very happy about the twins and he planned to show it. "If we have one boy...I want to name him Andrew." she said, snapping out of her trance. Suddenly everything stopped for Ethan. Memories flushed back.
*Flashback*
"Here they are, your twin boys, what are their names?" a nurse said, giving two small infants to Ethan's mother. She looked at his father and at the nurse.
"Ethan and Andrew." she said smiling.
*New Flashback*
"Ethan!...Look...I'm the alpha!" Andrew cried, wearing his father's Alpha pin. Ethan laughed and called for his father.
"Oh Andy...You're too keen on becoming alpha." their father chuckled. Andrew smiled wider.
"Yeah!...It's my only want!" he shouted.
*New Flashback*
Andrew was staring aimlessly. He looked terrified. "Are you going to be okay?" Ethan asked, trying to comfort his brother. He shook his head. Slowly, he looked at Ethan.
"Ethan, I'm going to die tonight, I know it...you're not...I want you to become the Alpha when I do." Andrew said bluntly. Ethan's eyes grew wide with sadness. Before he could retort, Andrew turned into a wolf and howled, indicating that war was on. Ethan quickly changed and ran along with his brother.
*Last Flashback*
"Andrew!" Ethan yelled, but a rogue pinned Andrew down. Ethan ran to help, but he was surrounded.
"Ethan!...Remember what I said...I love you man" Andrew said. Those were his last words before the rogue overpowered him and ripped his throat out.
"Ethan!...Ethan, wake up...please!....Ethan?" Melody cried, shaking Ethan, trying to get him to wake up. His eyes fluttered open. He saw Melody's tear stained face and tensed up. His wolf howling in regret.
"Oh God Ethan...W-What happened?!...D-Did I say something?" she whimpered. He shook his head and pulled her close.
"W-Why...Andrew?" he asked, she shrugged.
"I-I saw a room in the house...i-it looked like an old nursery...it had your name and Andrew...I'm guessing he was your twin...because I'm having twins and I don't have twins in my family." she explained. He nodded and got up, carrying Melody half-way.
"He was...he was my twin, but he died to a rogue...I can't stand to think about him...It's a miracle I haven't gone hysterical yet." he chuckled coldly. Melody whimpered.
"It's okay baby." he assured her. She nodded but still looked sad. Suddenly she looked terrified.
"Ethan!" she cried as he was hit over the head with a bottle.
"You're coming with us." the man said. Melody was also hit over the head with a bottle and she crashed down with Ethan. "Well shit" she thought as the world went black.
